SQSQcalendar は、Googleカレンダーの予定を 案件ごとのガントチャートとして表示・編集するWebアプリです。 予定の実体はGoogleカレンダーに置いたまま、案件ごとの進行を1画面で見渡せます。

お手持ちのGoogleアカウントでそのまま始められます。接続の流れと、許可する権限について

SQSQcalendarでできること

案件ごとの行に振り分けて表示

指定したGoogleカレンダー1本の予定を読み取り、案件マスタに沿って案件ごとの行へ自動で振り分けます。カレンダーを案件の数だけ作る必要はありません。

この画面から作成・変更できる

予定の新規作成、内容の編集、ドラッグによる日程変更ができます。変更はそのままGoogleカレンダーへ書き戻すので、カレンダー側を見ている人にも即座に伝わります。

担当者の予定もまとめて把握

有休や私用など各担当者の個人予定は、共有されている分だけを1行にまとめて表示します。誰がいつ動けるかを、案件の進行と同じ画面で判断できます。

Googleユーザーデータの取り扱い

SQSQcalendarは、ログインしたご本人のGoogleカレンダーに対して、予定の 読み取りと書き込み（calendar.events）を行います。 これは本アプリの中核機能であり、この権限なしにはガントチャートの表示も予定の編集も行えません。

  • 取得した予定は画面表示のためだけに使用し、当社サーバーには保存しません。
  • 広告への利用、および第三者への提供・販売は一切行いません。
  • アプリ側で保持するのは、案件マスタと「どのカレンダーを見るか」の設定だけです。
  • アクセス権はいつでも Googleアカウントの接続設定 から取り消せます。

About SQSQcalendar (English summary)

SQSQcalendar is a web application that displays and edits the events of your Google Calendar as a Gantt chart organized by project. Events stay in Google Calendar; SQSQcalendar arranges them into one row per project so you can see the progress of every project on a single screen, and create, edit or reschedule events by dragging them.

Google user data. SQSQcalendar requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope in order to read the events of the calendar you select and to write back the events you create or change in the app. Reading and writing events is the core function of this app and it cannot work without this permission. Event data is used only to render the screen and is not stored on our servers, not used for advertising, and never sold or transferred to third parties. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account connections.
